To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tsuburaya Productions, the company decided to bring Ultraman back to the airwaves after Neo Ultra Q had ended with a new series titled Ultraman Ginga. In this show, all of the previous Ultramen and monsters were turned into vinyl toys known as Spark Dolls. This in turn leads to our hero, one Hikaru Raido, becoming a new generational hero known as Ultraman Ginga. Can Hikaru keep the world save from a new string of evil? Is Ultraman Ginga, and it's second season, Ultraman Ginga S, a success? Or are audiences lucky the franchise did not end here? Watch to find out.
