While Kamen Rider Ryuki did a complete overhaul in what audiences could expect from a Kamen Rider series thanks to its Highlander-esque storyline, Kamen Rider 555 was streamlined to be more like a standard Kamen Rider series. At least, as standard as one can get while being a J Drama like only Toshiki Inoue can provide. In fact, unlike with Hibiki, nothing of interest happened during 555’s production.
