After the poor reception to The Curse of Michael Myers and rumblings about Jamie Lee Curtis wanting to return to the franchise, the only step the series could go was into Rebootsville. As such, the Thorn Trilogy was removed from continuity with this new iteration, dubbed H20, replaced it, eradicating everything good or bad from its predecessors. Was this reboot worth the effort?
